As our founding growth hacker, you’ll wake up every day thinking about how to acquire more customers. You will work closely with our founding team to identify and execute growth opportunities. Specifically, you will:
- Ideate, develop and execute growth marketing strategies to acquire and retain customers
- Experiment with various channels and techniques to discover the most efficient growth paths
- Identify and understand users that love our product and acquire more of them
- Develop and manage relationships with key partners and influencers to drive brand awareness and user acquisition
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and identify new opportunities to drive growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and engineering to align growth initiatives.
- Build and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, email, etc.
- An unwavering determination to succeed
- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related field
- Experience with digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing
- Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Passion for learning
- Fluent in English and French
